Filigree Thangka

Filigree Thangka is a purely handcrafted artwork. It is based on the traditional Thangka-making craft, rooted in China's traditional manual filigree technique, integrated with modern technology, and inlaid with gold foil and gold wires. Among the colorful Tibetan cultural arts, Thangka art is a brilliant and outstanding treasure. The production of Filigree Thangka is extremely complex, with highly exquisite material selection. Its pigments are natural mineral glazes, which have bright colors that do not fade over time. It possesses distinct ethnic characteristics, a strong religious flavor, and a unique artistic style. A successful Filigree Thangka work must be purely hand-made by skilled Thangka craftsmen. With low output, long production cycle, it has great collection value. This kind of Filigree Thangka is elegant, luxurious and magnificent, with a strong sense of three-dimensionality. Its patterns are clear, colors are bright and lines are smooth, bringing a fresh and new feeling to people.
