1. Order Processing Time

A Craftsmanship Waiting: Our Order Processing and Shipping

Thank you for choosing our handcrafted artworks. Each piece embodies our passion and dedication, and is worth your short wait.

• Unique Creation: We do not hold stock. Your order will be handcrafted exclusively for you. The estimated production cycle for each artwork is clearly indicated on the product details page.

• Careful Packaging and Dispatch: After your custom-made artwork is completed, we will professionally package it and arrange for shipment within 3-5 business days to ensure it reaches you safely.

• Working Hours Note: Our studio operates from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). If you place an order on weekends or holidays, we will start the production process for you from the next business day.

When your artwork begins its journey, we will send the logistics tracking information to you via email. Please check your inbox.

2. Shipping Costs

The total amount you pay at checkout includes the following costs to provide you with a more convenient shopping experience:

• Product cost

• International shipping cost

• Basic import customs duties/tariffs of the destination country

We will be responsible for prepaying the basic customs duties required for the package to enter your country.

Additional Costs You May Need to Bear

Please note that our prices do not include the following taxes that may be levied by your local government:

• Value-Added Tax (VAT)

• Goods and Services Tax (GST)

• Sales Tax

• Any other local taxes or handling fees

Your Responsibility

As the recipient, you are responsible for paying the aforementioned VAT or other local taxes in accordance with local laws and regulations. Usually, the local logistics carrier or customs authority will contact you regarding the payment of these fees before the package is delivered.

We strongly recommend that you consult the customs or tax authorities of your country/region to understand the specific tax rates and policies before placing an order.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We cooperate with reputable international logistics partners to ensure the safe delivery of your artworks.

• Estimated Delivery Time: Generally, after the order is shipped, standard international shipping usually takes 7-20 business days for delivery. The specific time will vary depending on the customs clearance speed of the destination country/region and the efficiency of the local postal service.

• Tracking Service: All orders will be provided with a tracking number. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information, and you can track the shipping status of your package on our website at any time.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to uncontrollable factors such as customs inspections, bad weather, strikes, or force majeure.

4. International Shipping and Customs

• Customs Clearance Documents: We will be responsible for preparing all necessary customs clearance documents. In rare cases, the customs or carrier in the destination country may contact you to confirm delivery information. Please respond promptly to avoid package delays.

• Recipient Information: Please ensure that you provide an accurate, complete, and detailed delivery address and contact phone number when placing an order. An incorrect or incomplete address may result in package delays, additional fees, or even package loss. You will bear the resulting fees and responsibilities.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

• Damage: If there is any sign of damage to the package you received, please refer to the relevant terms in our Return and Refund Policy.

• Loss: If the tracking information of your package has not been updated for a long time, or if you have not received the package after the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in investigating with the logistics carrier and provide a solution based on the investigation results and our Return and Refund Policy.  

6. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple artworks, they may be shipped in batches and may arrive at different times. You will receive separate tracking information for each package.

7. Change of Address

If you need to change the delivery address before the order is shipped, please contact us via email as soon as possible. Once the order is shipped, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed, and you may need to bear additional fees or the risk of package loss.
