I. Consultation & Proposal


1. Requirement Communication

Reach out via online customer service or email: support@regongarts.com to confirm your customization details:

• Theme/Iconography: Buddha statues, Bodhisattva figures, mandalas, etc. (Self-provided designs undergo review, 1-2 business days)

• Style: Color Thangka, Gold Thangka, Black Thangka, Red Thangka, Blue Thangka

• Size: Professional recommendations based on your display space (Finished size tolerance: ±2cm)

Tip: If you have a favorite piece on our custom product page, email to check stock – place an order directly if available.

 

2. Proposal Delivery

For exclusive customizations: A detailed proposal will be sent within 3 business days, including:

• Craft specifications

• Price breakdown

• Production lead time

Formal agreement signing starts once the proposal is confirmed by you.

II. Agreement & Deposit


1. Standard Process

Proposal Confirmation → Email Agreement Confirmation → Deposit Payment


2. Deposit Terms

• Deposit Amount: 30% of the total contract value

• Payment Deadline: Within 3 business days after email confirmation of the agreement

III. Creation & Progress Updates


1. Sketch Confirmation (After Deposit Receipt)

A draft sketch will be provided for your approval within the agreed time after deposit is received.

Formal painting starts only after sketch confirmation.

 

2. Real-Time Progress Feedback and Instalment Payment

All pieces are 100% handcrafted following traditional Regong Thangka craftsmanship, with core steps:

3. Real-Time Progress Feedback

We send HD photos/videos to sync progress at 3 key milestones:
